Free standard shipping on every order within the United States, with tracking included. We ship to US addresses only and do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing: 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-5) begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays.

Transit: 3 to 8 business days once the carrier has your parcel.

Total: approximately 4 to 11 business days from the moment you order. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier delays, holidays and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking: you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate on the carrier's system.

Multiple parcels: larger orders are sometimes split across shipments. If part of your order arrives first, check your tracking, then allow another 1 to 3 business days for the rest.

Damaged on arrival: contact us at support@blushandbirchco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. Please keep both until we have replied, as the carrier may need them.

Not arrived: if your order has not reached you 3 business days after the end of the estimated window, roughly 14 business days from the order date, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Address accuracy: please check your shipping address before you complete checkout. We cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered processing, and parcels returned to us because of an incomplete address may incur a reshipping fee.

30 days to return, counted from the day your order is delivered. There are no restocking fees.

Cancelling an order: you can cancel within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@blushandbirchco.com. After that your order may already be in fulfilment and we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Once it has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it.

Condition: items must be unused and resalable, with original tags, accessories and packaging, and you need proof of purchase. Items that arrive back used, washed, altered or damaged may receive a partial refund or be refused.

How it works:

1. Email support@blushandbirchco.com with your order number, the items, and the reason. Add photos if something is damaged, defective or incorrect.
2. Wait for approval. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you have heard from us.
3. Pack the items securely, ideally in the original packaging.
4. Send the return and keep your shipping receipt and tracking until the refund is complete.

Who pays return shipping: you do, unless the item was damaged, defective or the wrong product. In those cases we cover it and send you the instructions at no charge.

Refunds: once your return arrives we inspect it, and we process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will get a confirmation email. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Bedding and hygiene: this is bedding, so please inspect it before washing or using it. Once an item has been washed or slept in, it is no longer resalable and cannot be returned.
