How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-5) begin processing the next business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes an additional 3 to 8 business days — a total of approximately 4 to 11 business days from purchase to final delivery. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no additional charges.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — Blush & Birch Co. currently ships exclusively within the United States.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within 3 business days after the estimated delivery window (14+ days from purchase), please contact support@blushandbirchco.com so we can investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll offer a full refund or reshipment at no additional cost.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Blush & Birch Co. won't cover costs for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, so please double-check your details at checkout.
